Cooking Classes

Hello there...I know it's been two years since my last post...but I have good news: I'n teaching cooking classes, yes that's amazing right? Sometime  things happened at the right moment without even looking for them. Few months ago the destiny put me in front of my soul mate in cooking: my dear friend and aswome Chef Beba (Maria Gabriela Corona, excelente student, graduated Magna Cum Laude from  Le Cordon Bleu).
She invited me at one demo class she was helding in her mom's kitchen...nice place with ten bar tools around the cooking area. I was sitting at the corner...It was a French cooking class...the delicious smell from the meat stew she was cooking for the Onion soup cautivated my senses. The way she cut the potatos in BATONETTE ( I learned it that day) for the french fries told me she had a good skill with big knifes...she was smiling I thinh a little nervous trying to make no mistakes in front the audiencie she had...At one point she look at me and without saying a word I knew she was invited me to go behing the kitchen and help her. She told me in a whispering voice...can you make  the Tarte Tartan? I running of time...WHAT??? I thought make a Tarte Tartan, I've never made that! But how hard is making an upside down apple pie...I grab an apron and suddenly I was part of the cooking class...from that day one Beba and myself are a perfect team, we work on a different menu each month and we teach two days a week...So far it's been one of the best experience in my life...My contribution is the sweet finale...Join us and you will have a great experiencie for all your senses.
